Right of Withdrawal and Refunds
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1. Right of withdrawal on purchase
As a consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing services online under the Norwegian Cancellation Act (angrerettloven). Because your server is activated immediately after payment - at your explicit request, by actively ordering and paying - you also accept that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed, per section 22(n) of that Act.
In practice: if you cancel before your server has been provisioned, you receive a full refund for the current period. If you cancel after the server has been provisioned, the service for that period is considered delivered and that period is not refunded - but the subscription is stopped and you will not be charged for future periods.
2. Cancelling a subscription
Each period is paid for individually and does not renew automatically today - if you don't want to continue, you simply don't place a new order. Either way, you can mark a subscription as ended from your account's billing page, or by contacting us, so we know you don't plan to continue.
The server itself and its data normally remain available for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, and are deleted afterwards.
3. Refunds for our own faults
If your server does not work due to circumstances we are responsible for (for example, extended downtime beyond what was announced, or the server never actually being provisioned), we will refund all or part of the affected period based on a case-by-case assessment. Please contact us as soon as possible if this happens to you.
4. How to request cancellation or a refund
Contact us at [contact email to be filled in] with your account's email address and which server/subscription the request concerns. We will confirm receipt and handle it as quickly as possible.
